italienisch The historic town hall in 09569 Oederan, on the northern edge of the Erzgebirge, was restored in 2021.
The drying was carried out by Drymat Systeme GmbH. Visibly dry walls will also drastically reduce the building's heating costs in future. The natural stone walls (Rochlitz porphyry tuff) are up to 80 cm thick. Thanks to the position of the cathodes beneath the floor, the building is already kept dry right under its feet.
The renovated historic building was first used at Whitsun 2023. A marriage was celebrated in the new wedding room.
