In collaboration with the certification body OFI CERT, all projects will from now on be accompanied by their measurement technology.

In addition to the qualitative and quantitative salt determination (often colloquially referred to as saltpetre), an external scientific moisture measurement is carried out at the same time.

The moisture samples are taken from the core masonry. This means that every customer can also assess the effectiveness of the process specifically on their own property and demonstrate it to third parties in a legally secure manner. This is especially necessary for property management companies, in order to document both the necessity and the success to the respective owners.

Since the cathodes, i.e. the "negative poles", are each embedded in the basement floor, the waterproofing plane is accordingly located beneath the building. The house is thus freed from rising moisture right down below its foundation.
