Successful wall drying for the Schmidt family in Glauchau.

The Schmidt family owns a charming mid-terrace house in a central location in Glauchau, Saxony. Due to the structural conditions, conventional measures for drying all wall areas were only possible to a limited extent – barely feasible without major structural interventions.

On a recommendation, the family became aware of our company over a year ago and decided to have the wall drying carried out by Drymat.

The masonry of the house has aged over the years and, as a typical mixed masonry with a high proportion of natural stone, poses a challenge for many conventional methods.

This is precisely where Drymat was able to fully play to its strengths – with convincing results. The moisture levels in the masonry have dropped significantly since then.
