In August 2023, Dr Gerlach had his villa from 1914 dried out by Drymat.
On 26/11/23, just a few months later, he contacted us by email:

Dear staff of the Drymat company,

following the installation of the technology in August, the first signs of success in drying the masonry are already visible to me. The climate in the cellar has also changed for the better.

The floor tiles no longer become damp when the temperature changes. I would not have thought it possible in such a short time. The villa was built in 1914!
Your employee worked very cleanly and precisely. Praise for that. In particular for the solution to laying the cables and milling slots in the tiles.

This wall was previously plastered; we had the plaster removed beforehand. The wall was damp all the way down, and the success is visible to the eye.

In the corner, several bricks had to be replaced; alongside the joint mortar, these are still damp, while the others are already dry. I can recommend your technology.

Kind regards
G. Gerlach
