Detached house in Bautzen – we also take on small jobs

The M. family from Bautzen owns a small detached house dating from 1950. On one exterior wall, the 40 cm thick brick walls were clearly affected by rising damp.

To ensure a long-term, maintenance-free solution and achieve maximum effectiveness, we install – exactly as the standard requires – only precious-metal electrodes. These are embedded in a mortar specially certified for this application, which expands slightly, sets glass-hard and at the same time creates an alkaline environment at the anode.

Even on small projects, we rely on the same quality and care as on large ones. Because every building deserves dry walls.
